Re: librarians as conjurers -- a Chicago Daily Law Bulletin article

From: Montana State Library (mtlawjm@CLASS.ORG)
Date: 04/11/94

I thought that readers of the List would be interested to know that the
school employee in Kalispell who loaned the controversial materials was
not a professional librarian, and the books were not part of the high
school's collection, but rather from her personal collection.
Nevertheless, the Montana Library Association and our Intellectual
Freedom Committee has backed her up, and testified on her behalf at the
administrative hearing which was held a couple of weeks ago.
