Pace law library is planning a user survey to evaluate strengths and
weaknesses of library services. I am dimly aware of having read
about software that facilitates this task; but I can't remember the
cites and I would appreciate hearing from people who have actually
used such software and can tell us how good it is in practice and
where to get it.
Since this is a topic of probable general interest that, to my
knowledge, has not yet been addressed on this list, responses could
be to law-lib as a group; however, if the review is scathing and you
don't want to upset the authors, feel free to respond to me directly.
