I've just spoken to my "new" rep. I told him about the conversation we've
been having on Internet. He explained that they were going from outside
telemarketing to in-house account reps. It also had no relation to the
"largest" accounts or otherwise. Just a switch to "better" management and
control. He even gave me a direct number! This just may work!
