Dear Members,
I want to apologize for the delay in the production of the first issue
of the SIS newsletter. Hopefully, we will be able to distribute it to you in
late April or early May. Currently, there are a number of announcements,but
there is a dearth of substantive material. If members would like to contribute
book notes, observations, quotes, etc., they would be much appreciated. Please
send them to me by April 18th, 1994. I thank you in advance for your support!
