I've had lots of luck getting this type of information directly from
the Russia desk at the US State Department (202-647-6729). They've

I am looking for a source for copies of actual trade
agreements/accords/treaties signed by Mr. Ron Brown and several Russian
trade ministers this week in Russia. These documents deal with increasing
trade opportunities between the US and Russia in the areas of pharmaceutical
manufactures/sales, aerospace and telecommunications. My firm is most
interested in those documents dealing with the pharmaceutical industry.
These items are not online in any of the commercial legal databases nor
yet available in any of my local government document/history collections.
Too new.
