The LLM Tax program at the Univ of Florida has begun publishing the FLORIDA TAX
JOURNAL this year. The journal has responded to traditional criticisms of law
reviews in several ways. It is published in a timely fashion (authors are gua
ranteed that articles will be published within 3 months of receipt if they are
accepted) articles are reviewed blind, that is without knowledge of author's na
me or affiliation, and articles are refereed by faculty rather than students.
The editor is a faculty member and LLM students participate by checking footnot
es and performing other production functions.
I'd like to know if any of you know of other faculty edited and/or refereed jou
rnals. Please respond to the Law-lib list if you know of any. Thank you.
