I'm going to illustrate some basic ignorance. I found a reference to a report on OCLC that I wanted to get. I ftped to the source and issued a "get" command with the file name. The system responded that it was not a "plain file". So I issue
d the "bin" command to "get" a binary file. Same response. Anyone able
to assist me? Oh yes, I have perused Ed Krol's Whole Net User's Guide to no
avail. Again, any assistance will be very appreciated.
