Many thanks to those of you who've turned in surveys - the results
are interesting, particularly in light of last year's results and the
trends we're seeing. The purpose of this message is to encourage others
to fill one out - we have 25 now, but I'll need more in order to present
anything of statistical value at the CALI conference. I wanted to compare
the 1992 results with the 1993 so we could get a better idea of trends in
usage, Westlaw/Lexis policies, average equipment, etc. A survey was
mailed about a month ago to all the official CALI representatives of CALI
schools, but if you wish to participate in the survey and can't find that
one or need another, please email me with your name and address. In
return, I will send you a copy of the tabulated results and a summary in
return.
Thanks for all your help with the conference, by the way. Most
of our workshops and plenary sessions were law-lib and teknoids inspired!
