We are considering expanding our document delivery services (ILL and
photocopy) and have the following questions for those libraries offering
such services for a fee:
1) If overhead is factored into your charges, how much do you charge for
your service?
2) What do you consider to be overhead and fund or partially fund from
your revenues? E.g., paper, toner, envelopes, postage, copier, copier
maintenance, salary of person providing service, etc.
3) How do you handle copyright, particularly of West reporters? Do you
factor a CCC into any of your charges?
