We work it on a percentage basis. We assume that 10% of the monographs we
purchase each year will be supplemented by a pocket part or phamplet. That
gives us X number of titles. We then multiple by X the average cost of
supplementation in the present fiscal year and add that, along with an
increment for inflation, to the amount we have currently budgeted for supp-
lementation.
