Canadian Case Citations

We just received Carswell's _Consolidted CanadianCases Citations, 1867-
1990_ only to discover there are serious concerns regarding its accuracy. A
letter to Carswell from Johanne A.C. Blenkin, Vancouver Assoc. of Law Libraries
states "...the consolidation is so full of errors that many librarians have
removed it from library shelves."

What are other libraries doing with their sets? Keeping it alone to go
along with the new format _Canadian Case Citations_? Keeping both the old
and new sets for cross referencing? Keeping only the old set?

Please let me know and thanks!
