Hello!
A faculty member is in need of the full text of the International Court
of Justice's order to Serbia concerning Bosnia issued on April 9, 1993. I
have searched
Lexis/Westlaw and found no text, only articles with excerpts. I called
the U.N., they did not have the full text, but are sending to me a press
release issued by the I.C.J. about the order.
Does anyone have suggestions or thoughts? We have Bitnet access only,
not Internet.
