Hi, everyone. I apologize for the cross listing. Greg Silvis and I are
doing a workshop at the CALI conference called "Budgets, Justifications
and Statistics", and I was wondering if any of the coordinators of the
various informal surveys I've seen mentioned on Law-Lib and Teknoids
would be interested in participating or sharing their data. The idea is
to amass a fairly powerful package for a handout, with information on
services, budgets, staffing issues, support issues, equipment and how to
write effective budget justifications. Greg and I have our surveys, but
the more information we can get, the more useful the package will be.
Also, I'm looking for any examples of effective justifications for staff,
equipment, software, on-line services, etc. that anyone would be willing
to provide. So......if anybody has anything useful that they'd be willing
to share, please let me know.
