Please, please, include both your name and your e-mail address in
the body of the messages sent on the bulletin board and to
individual members. 'Twould also be nice if you would spell out
your institution's name rather than expect us readers to decipher
the cryptic e-mail address.
By the time a message appears on the machine on my desk, the
sender's address has been stripped from the "From" line, so it is
impossible for me to know who is writing, much less respond to
that person. This means that the person who sent me a request on
Saturday, October 5, will have to revise and resend the message.
